I need to drop my 2 mile run time by 2 minutes v=can you guys help me with a good running program?

  2. ak-smirnoff answered: What’s your time right now? I need to decrease my 1.5 mile run by about a minute also, so I’m interested in any reccomendations.
  3. takenapart answered: try uphills! They increase your stamina and strength. Also running with weights (backpacks, parachutes ect)
